Will this work on ps5 null

Hello Kyle, Sony added support for external USB hard drives on the PS5 with their April 2021 update. However, due to PS5 restrictions, games can only be played off the console’s internal SSD. As such, external USB storage hard drives only function as a faster way to hot-swap games and data on or off the PS5’s internal storage. -Need Help? I’m 99% sure that any external hard drive with enough speed (this one included) will function with the ps5 BUT ONLY for PS4 games. PS5 games need to be saved on the console internal SDD And to get more internal storage you have to open console and install a very specific ultra high speed sdd card.
