will this work for ps4? null

Unfortunately it won't work for the PS4. I initially purchased it for my PS4, but my PS4 said it can use up to a 8tb Drive. So I am using it now for my XBOX One X Scorpio Edition, and purchased the 8tb version for my PS4... It was also on promotion, but without the Flash Drive...

Maybe ,cause any hard drive with a 3.0 usb will work with the ps4 up to 8tb. So, you can chance it ,which i wouldn't do and see if it works. My 5 tb Seagate hard drive works with no issues storing or playing games from it . Also, you can always get multiple storage devices 4 the ps4, but only one can be used at a time.
