Works great. Been using it for about 3 weeks with no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to Microsoft, any usb 3.0 drive with at least 256GB (I think that was the low number) of space should work fine on a xbox one. If you want to use it as media storage for screen shots and in-game videos it should work as-is (or to play external media on your xbox), if you want to use it for more space for games or saved games, you'll need to format it once connected to your xbox. On mine, i needed to change the power settings in the options menu to not power down external storage when the xbox is off and reboot the xbox in order for it to show up. I haven't hooked mine up personally, but did buy another WD 4TB external drive without external power (only powered off the USB from the xbox) and that is working great. I can't imagine needing 10TB of space on my xbox at this point, but perhaps you play a lot more games than I do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m sure it would since it’s usb 3.0 and externally powered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it worked flawlessly with my XboxOne X. Just make sure you chose the right option for what you intend to use it for. It will either store games or media but not both. Only negative that I see is that it only has about 9TB of useable storage once formatted for games.
