• If you have this attached to a NAS that supports external drives you can. By itself, no.

• Not using the external hard drive alone. It's only interface is a USB 3.0 connection. If you connected it to a computer and then shared out the drive using Windows Sharing you should be able to upload stuff to it over wireless just like it was a normal drive on any other computer.

• No built in wireless connectivity on this drive. But you might be able to plug it into your router or another computer to use as a network share.
