Yes, you can repartition the drives. You do not need special software, as long as your system recognizes all 10TB of the drive, which most machines manufactured in the last 5 years can.

There may be a limit on number of partitions. If you wish to boot from the drive, set that up first. If you don't like the drive letters that are auto-assigned, you can change them. No other software is necessary.
