You don't want this box for that use. Wester Digital also makes a My Cloud model. You connect it to ethernet and it acts as a personal server. But I also don't recommend this. You'll need to open your network, then need solid connections at both ends while driving. Many variables that can fail during use. A much better option is a Passport Wireless. Its a drive with its own battery and wifi. You bring it with you and connect to it directly from any phone or tablet. Once the connection is set up, you can load music onto it and connect with a suitable app. nPlayer connects to such drives and plays music and video files directly.

This is an external desktop drive that uses an AC wall wart for power, has a USB3 Micro-B jack, and it does not have bluetooth or any other wireless technology built-in. You would need a number of other cables and adapters to make it work, plus an app on your phone that worked with the external drive.

It will not work without some changes to your setup I will say, not would I recommend it. 14TB of music, are you insane? That is too large for music, you could hold someday every music track made on the last few years, why this large? Not a good idea imo.
