“Does it work with Windows 10? How do you start backing up. It is a 1TB external drive, however the size on the equipment says 572 KB I need to have it working. What should I do?”

Yes it works with windows 10. to do a back up, first make sure you have it plug in to a usb port. Than open your file explorer, click on this PC then click on windows , there you will see all your files. High the ones you want copy them, then go to your external hard drive open it up right click on it then hit past. Before you back up any files or folders you have to format your external hard drive.
