“I'm not able to install this on my Windows 10 64-bit laptop, I keep getting "Installation failed - try again later". When looking at my task manager, it is only installing 32-bit. Instructions aren't helpful. Is there a fix or do I need to return it?”

I agree. So frustrating and instructions are useless. And to the one who answered you do not need to install anything, it says you do right on the box!!! It is the only useful info there. Wish I had my receipt.
