No. I put a fresh install of windows 10. The system was a older Dell tower. Apologize for not being of greater assistance. Not sure if this would work but you could use an external drive and go to your command prompt and try to copy the entire contents of your HDD to it. Then swap out the HDD with the SSD and copy it back to the SSD from the external drive.
