• It works with both Mac OS and Windows. I think you have to configure it out of the box with a program that they have installed, but it's really simple to use and once you get past that, it's ready to use.

• Yes. It should be plug and play, but if you would like to go between Windows and IOS, you would need to format it to do so. I want to say that the format is exFAT, but you’ll want to research that.
