“I am not savvy as far as back-up. Do the external backup drives back-up all folders? I basically want to know if external back-up also save my email folders created for documents sent via email. Thank you!”

• It will not necessarily automatically back up everything on your computer (programs, for example, would not be backed up). You can always use it like you would use a flash drive and drag and drop anything that wasn't included in your backup.
