• Probably not. It's one of the slowest SSDs in terms of random I/O I've ever seen in my entire life, multitudes slower than your average SSD. You get decent sequential speeds though.

• Though it doesn't have a DRAM cache it does utilize an SLC Cache.

• According to WD this drive does not have DRAM.

• Nope it sure don't. Buy something more expensive than a base model SSD for that premium feature.
