- Answer Probably not. It's one of the slowest SSDs in terms of random I/O I've ever seen in my entire life, multitudes slower than your average SSD. You get decent sequential speeds though.

QuestionCan I install this SSD drive in my PC? Right now I have a HDD and was thinking about swaping it out for a SSD because the HDD is slow. Other specs on my PC are fine just the HDD is slow because of the Windows 10 updates

- Answer All modern PCs use SATA technology. Unless its an old IDE/PATA system from the late 90s/early 2000s it will work. (Im an IT pro with 15 years of expeirence and got my start building PCs)

- Answer No one should have removed anything that shouldnt have been, but your question is poorly worded. As an IT professional, your model numbers are irrelevant. Only the situation. If you upgraded a drive, only that one should have been removed. Whoever did this should have provided you with a justification and summary of the work done.

- Answer Not unless you are using it as a secondary drive with a USB to SATA adapter. MacBook Air's use built in drives that are not compatible with this drive for installing internally.

- Answer Nothing included. I had to purchase a cable. I found instructions and link to cloning software on Western Digital website. The software download was free as long has you had a WD drive connected to your PC.
