Does this drive work with an Xbox one? null

Yes BUT the Xbox One will reformat the drive so any backup software or anything else on the drive will be removed via the reformat. You can use it on the Xbox One without a reformat BUT you can not save any game or game data. It will take a while to "move" your games and any add-ons to the external drive. You can also copy your data as a backup but it will only work on the machine having the original data / games.

It works great with ps4 so I'm pretty sure it will be fine with Xbox
