“I just bought the easystore yesterday, got home and saved one file to it. Today I went to use it and it is making a clicking noise and my computer won't recognize it. It's not showing up at all, as if it's not even plugged in. Help!”

Hello, WD Easystore External is making noise there could be several possible reasons. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Oopsie… a clicking sound is -my experience- a bad sign. Most likely the hardware has failed and the only thing you can do is: return it, sorry. Most of the times when this happens it is because a drive is filled beyond the 90% (my estimate).
