i install steam games the percentage is 0% in it don't increase can you help me out null

I haven't had this issue myself but from what I can see from what I've researched, you may need to try repairing the folder in steam. Like this "Setting>Downloads>Steam Library Folders>Right Click your folder>Repair Folder", you may need to run steam as Admin, which you can do by pressing the windows button, searching for steam, then clicking run as admin. Hope this helps!
