• Yes. There should be no issue with data files. W11 is backward compatible with W10.

• Hi TonyC, Please be informed that yes, you can transfer files from a Windows 10 PC to a WD Easystore external hard drive and then move them to a Windows 11 device. Both systems fully support the drive- just plug, copy, and transfer.
