I am using mine on a Windows computer to transfer video files to my Roku Ultra. Sometimes it isn't recognized by the Roku. I cleaned the drive port and cable ends, and it works great now. I would suggest cleaning the drive port contacts and cable ends, or just get a new cable. It works great now!

The drive comes with USB 3.0 Type-A Interface. We have not tested the drive on mobile devices. We recommend to use computer to backup the phone to the drive.
