I am not an expert, but I have shared this drive on my network and am able to access files and save to it as well. I see no reason it wouldn't work in a small business setting as long as you share it on a network in a proper way and set the permissions correctly. You should then be able to map network drives on all the computers in the office and use it as if it were local drives on each machine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It is USB 3 (which is compatible with USB2). It can be used in small business setting by having it attached to a computer that sets it up as a shared resource, or attached to a router that has a usb port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This can be used by any PC that has a compatible OS and access to the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure, if you know what you are doing. You have to make sure you set up folders for different computers. Also, anybody who uses this drive could see whatever is on it. Of course the above applied only if you manually copy files to the drive. If you want to use the included software, I have no idea. I roll my own.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As with any network, if you can add it to your storage you can map the drive to any PC!
