• I use this drive on my first gen PS4 as additional storage for my larger file games such as RDR2 and SWBF2. Drive works great and is fast to save to.

• I'm sure you can. You need firmware 4.5 or higher. Instructions are easy to follow and the PS4 will format it for use.
