Go into your system and assign full permissions to your self or guest account to access the information. If you move the drive to other computers it will not allow you to access the information without having the proper permissions. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried in my laptop with Win7 and it was supported perfectly. DId you check the format of the Hard Drive? maybe the file system is not compatible. I got some problems deleting some files I previously stored in Linux, and then deleting them in Windows.
