Sorry but no. iPads do not support external drives. The most you could do is keep a backup of your entire iPad via iTunes backup utility on this drive. That would allow you to restore your iPad if you break it and get it serviced or if you were to get a new iPad you could restore to it and get all of your applications to move to the new one easily. One thing to note though. iPad games purchased through iTunes are yours forever in iTunes itself. You can delete them from your iPad and go back and re-download them any time for free. They are tied to your iTunes ID and not to the iPad itself.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. You can't. Apple doesn't allow this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. iPad can only save on its internal storage. Some things can be stored on iCloud Drive, but not any of the apps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can back up your apps that are synced in iTunes to this when you back up your PC (or Mac).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To answer your question, I do not believe so. Apple is so restrictive about what you can and cannot do that I highly doubt they'd let you. The only way I think you could is within an iTunes backup which is probably the only way you could access it too.
