• Yes, if you purchase a step down power converter. The standard voltage for this external hard drive is 110-120v. You'll need to purchase a step down transformer/converter. BestBuy sells them and most electronics stores have them as well.

• I don't honestly know. I am using it with 110 and it uses a small transformer to convert it to dc I believe.
