• While I can't answer specifically for you exact model smart TV, I can tell you that my Sony Bravia sees it on the network and is able to browse the drive contents without issue. I would imaging that any device that can conform to the DNLA standards should be able to see this device on the network and use it.

• I wouldn't think so... This drive sits on your network... a usb drive might work.
