“Can I connect to this device and upload via Android Bluetooth?”

No I haven't discovered that feature. I tried searching using my Bluetooth but did not see the device.

No, not directly; but if it is installed on a device that is supported by Android or Bluetooth, then it may be possible. I have mine attached to an Nvidia Shield and I can access the drive through that device. But by itself no, it has no support directly for BlueTooth.

The question id how do you want to upload it. This drive doesn't have wifi on it like other cloud dries. so this would be needed to be either on some leel of network atachment like a router or on a computer that you are sharing access with. In that case you can do it.
