- Answer Hello William, Please be informed that the My Passport Ultra is designed and tested for Windows and macOS computers. We have not tested the drive on mobile devices or an Ipad. We recommend you to move the data from phone to Drive using your computer. QuestionCan I use this on a USB-A 3.2 Gen-1 or Gen-2 or USB-A 2.0 computer port using a simple converter cable? Would a 12 foot converter cable be OK?

- Answer Hello, please note that yes, you could purchase a single cable instead of using a hub/adapter. We do not recommend using any hub or adapter to use the drive. - Answer Hello, Please be informed that My Passport is a plug n play device. You could simply copy and paste the data to the drive. However, you could not store itune library on the device.
