- Answer Yes, this will work with PS5. You should install an aftermarket heatsink as recommended by Sony, but it is compatible.

QuestionIS WDBAUY0010BNC and WDS100T1X0E exactly the same other than the pre-installed software? So WDBAUY0010BNC would work the same in a PS5 and would not need installed software? Thanks!

- Answer Works for me but shows an invalid product at WD. You will need to initialize this and add a simple volume.

- Answer It should be compatible so long as you have another nvme slot available in your laptop. As the 12th gen supports PCIE gen 4 and should have enough PCIE lanes to run 2 ssd and a gpu on it from the cpu.

QuestionDoes this PCIe GEN 4 stick work in any new laptop? i have the ROG Strix advantage 2021 (all AMD) and i am looking to upgrade the SSD and i am concerned that AMD isnt compatible with GEN4s. Will this work or do i need a GEN3? thank you

- Answer I’m not an expert by any means but I run AMD and have no issues. Just make sure your NVMe slot is 4th compatible otherwise you won’t notice the capable speeds of the drive.
