• Well, sorta. It is not easily foldable like a tarp. It is much thicker and stiffer. On the other hand, it isn't hard and it can be pulled over when necessary. If you're putting the seats up and down frequently, it's probably not the best. If you need the third row only occasionally, it's probably OK. Or just roll the mat up.
