Yes. Grates as well as the special grate that allows other attachments are solid stainless steel. The flavorizors which go directly over the burners to both protect them from stuff dripping down but also vaporize grease and provides the flavor are not though... They can rust and may need replacing after some years.

Yes. Grates as well as the special grate that allows other attachments are solid stainless steel.
