  • QuestionWill the ORT work in a converted van? I have been told that a van is too small for the coverage to work. Only three feet from inside antenna?

    Asked by Pager.

    • Answer Yes, the Drive Sleek OTR can be used in a converted van. During the installation process you might need to adjust placement of the booster unit if oscillation occurs, but the provided cable will give you enough length. We would recommend you review the installation process on the PDF provided online so you are familiar with the set up.

  • QuestionWill this work without phone in cradle

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer No, it’s designed to boost coverage for any phone that fits within its cradle; which adjusts to fit devices between 5.1” and 7.5” long. For coverage outside the cradle we would recommend looking into the Drive Reach OTR (Best Buy SKU 6442614) that gives coverage to multiple users in the vehicle without a cradle.

  • QuestionCan you switch the atena in this to car low profile atena?

    Asked by Signalmeup.

    • Answer You can purchase additional antenna, but depending on the set up the low profile could cause some oscillation if placed to close to the internal antenna. The OTR antenna is designed to be placed higher up so it can reach past objects of obstruction like truck trailers while keeping the distance from the internal antenna.
