The weBoost Drive X is designed for a passenger car or SUV, the booster and internal antenna are only meant to cover the space of a car or SUV. You can not lock it down to specific phone numbers, but camping neighbors will most likely not be able to benefit from the boosted signal anyways due to distance.

That’s not how this works. You don’t ‘connect to a service’. 

It simply boosts existing signal. 

No, there is no filter to block phones.
