“I have a We Boost operational in my home now. It only boost the signal in one room of my house. If I buy this more powerful unit and place it in the other end of my house would the two unit work together or would I need to take the current unit out?”

Depending on the size you are looking to cover, you may just need to upgrade your current booster to cover more space. Sometimes if you have multiple boosters and antennas they could cause oscillation between each other if placed too close.
