Does this require a phone line to install null

This doesn't need a phone line to install. I added pictures to show you what was included in the box. I was surprised that it had a window cable that let you get the cable into the house without having to drill another hole into the house. The window was able to close completely too. Very happy that it had all the coaxial wiring that is needed. I have a metal roof and I couldn't get my cell phone to work at all until I installed this product. Hope this helps.
