• Absolutely when bought! An honest tech will tell you that. That’s why they encourage installing in store, cuz customers procrastinate or NEVER install it later.

• I was told by the salesperson that the 1 year subscription starts when installed. I won't be installing mine for a while since I still had one I bought previously.

• It is my understanding that when you INSTALL Webroot the count begins that day. Also, I think any other devices you install will start counting on the same day you installed the first device. You will lose any days that you had from a previous version if the previous version has not expired.

• I think it starts , when you install it on your device . You may want to call Webroot to check on this .
