The package says that it works with Mac. It does not. null

I can not answer that specifically. I can only say that I needed assistance the first time that I installed on my pc. That leads me to believe that there could be installation issues.

We were admittedly having some difficulties working with the newest MacOS - Catalina. This issue has since been resolved.
