“I have a subscription with GeekSquad. Do I have to use Webroot? I use Norton is that covered under subscription?”

I asked geek squad techs same question. They said I could use any antivirus, malware, spyware program i wanted. Didn't have to use webroot. They did say stay away from McAfee antivirus software as software has gone down hill and not very effective. .

You can purchase a different program, Webroot is just one of the covered ones they carry.

No you don't have to use it but I would advise it. Norton is not as good as Webroot.
