“I ordered a MacBook Pro from Bestbuy and had it shipped to my home. The description said Webroot Antivirus software subscription was included for 6 months. I do not see Webroot installed on my computer. Was a key code to be provided upon purchase?”

Yes best buy is supposed to provide you with the key code so you can install tge software on your computer? If they did not provide it you have to contact customer service and i believe give tge details of your receipt purchase so they can provide you with the key# and details on how to activate it on your computer.
