I only purchased a single year of this software. I did not choose the 3 year cycle. I did not elect automatic software renewal for any of my products purchased. I am trying this product for One year. If I like the product, I will renew. If not, I will choose another product.

If you did give them your info, sign onto your Webroot account and find the uoto renewal settings. Uncheck auto renew. Good luck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The webroot is only good for 6 months ..then they keep bothering you to renew. I just uninstall and go to www.download.com and get a free antivirus. But use it for the 6 months free. It is a good antivirus.
