Vicious people will always find a way to skirt around security, it is a challenge they live for. Online security programs can only do so much. You need a geek to go into your computer to hunt for the problem and get rid of it. Sounds like you need the help of a Super Geek.

Please try again later.IF it is a fake like fake ransomware, turn your machine off, restart and clear any cache memories, Webroot will do this under it's optimize setting or go into the browser settings and delete all history. I'm no geek BTEW, just been there got the tee shirt with my wife's machine several times
