“Does this software come with a CD to load or do you have to do it online? Every time I buy software that you must load by going on line it is a nightmare.”

its not actually a download from the internet, it an app, you go to your app store, download the app and use the key number that is in the box when you get the product

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the Geek Squad annual service and they install it as part of their service. It is quick and easy when you have them do it . I had them do it at my local Best Buy store. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.Yes it’s on line on the one I got but it was very simple to download from a link sent by geek squad in my email and I simply had to activate or type in the key code and it was done. If you have problems, I believe geek squad can help you install it. Worth checking with them first
