mine expired and they wouldn't help. Unused Unfortunately my home and town burned up in the Campfire and with all the turmoil and relocations I forgot to activate.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have an invalid code then you may have activated too many devices using the same code! Ex...sharing it with friends or family. So after software has been installed it connects to server and comes back invalid! Also, since Best Buy has been practically giving this software away especially on Black Friday just go into your local Best Buy and tell them you received it as a gift from a friend and since gifts don’t come with receipts, they should comp you 3 months!!GoodLuck!!
