• Not sure what you mean by password encryption. Do you mean a password manager? It does come with a subscription for LastPass.

• This flash drive does come with password encryption. It is fast and easy to use and it is secure. Just remember if you reformat this drive to move the files that came on the drive to another drive until you complete the formatting, other wise you will lose the encryption software.
