I saw their renewal adds which were more than the one I purchased at Best Buy -- You would think they would give their current customers a break to keep their business and not try to sell you more than you need!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too had to call a toll free number to renew Webroot Anywhere. At one time, I had Geek Squad protection as well as Webroot Antivirus and the cost was $100. I was informed the cost is now $199. Then I ended up with two antivirus protection plans. However, Best Buy came me credit for the one I returned. The only real complaint I have is it took me three days to contact Best Buy and the toll free number. I was placed on hold for one hour the first time and then was disconnected. The next time I used two telephones and was hoping to connect to someone. I reached a robot and was told to leave my name and number and I would receive a call back. That never happened. The third day and third attempt I finally got on the chat line and talked to two Anthonys and two different females. They did resolve the problem and I finally got an appointment with Best Buy and a human.
