• I run a VPN on all my computers and I wouldn't get on the internet without it. There is no problem using Webroot with a VPN. I would recommend Express VPN. It is not free but is not expensive either. It is one of the highest rated VPN's on the market. Ddo a search for Express VPN and you will find a place to get it.

• Not with this software. It does not give the option to charge the VPN that I saw. You may have to look close to the box and check. But I did not see anything for the VPN.
