Download software from their website and use the key you got in the email to activate it

Webroot will have sent you an email with your keycode and info on how to install by downloading their app to the device that you wish to install it on. The Best Buy email about downloading and seeing it in your Best Buy Digital Library is completely Useless. This does not happen and there is nowhere to download to your digital library. You will need to install the webroot app and use the keycode to sign up that webroot will have sent to your email.
