Contact Webroot. You can always delete or uninstall from your compute. I always uninstall.

If it continues buy another known anti-virus before this junk destroys your laptop for ever. Check online for help. All the best.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Get on Control Panel, Programs and Features and erase what you don't want. Then get on This PC and search what you erased for any junk left and erase that. Then you should be OK.
