• depends on how comfortable you are with setting up a switch in your house. It is no more complicated to install than a regular light switch.

• No electrician needed. Plug it into wall outlet, directly into the wall, not on an extension or other device other than the wall switch, download the WEMO app to your phone (android or ios) and follow their easy instructions on screen.
