Can I control this with elexa? null

Yes you can. And its awesome! Create a section in your Alexa app and include this switch to make it easier. That way you don't have to ask Alexa to tell Wemo to turn of the kitchen light. You can just say turn off kitchen lights. Make sense? lol

Mine is connected to the Amazon Echo but I had to get the Samsung Smartthings to tie them together. It is a great way to go because you can use there various Smartthing sensors to also control them. Our walk in closet light is set up to come on when the SmartThings motion sensor sees someone, when you use the App, when you tell Alexa to turn it on or hit the switch. It goes off after 10 minutes, if you use the App, tell Alexa to turn it off or manually hit the switch. I don't worry about a light being left on in a closet for a long time. My next one will control the exhaust fan in the guest bathroom to turn off after 15 minutes.
