Your switch plate will work fine. It fits in any decora sized opening. Just make sure you have a neutral wire available.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You do not have to use their face plate as long as you are replacing one of the larger more contemporary switches. I have installed several of the Wemo switches and used my original face plates.

Just make sure that the faceplate is not metal as it'll cause interference and the switch may experience difficulties to connect and stay connected to the network.
