Otherwise, you have the option of linking to and controlling the Wemo with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and/or Apple HomeKit. A firmware update may need to be run on the Wemo after initial setup to enable HomeKit compatibility.

Hue is altogether seperate it requires hue bridge and all other hue bulbs to interact. Now can you start stop bulbs with Wemo yes you can.
